GENERAL SUPER CASH RULES
- All necessary Federal or State forms will be completed before Super Cash will be awarded. Valid I.D. and Social Security Number required.
- A $1 “Jackpot Collection” will be taken before the beginning of play. The “Jackpot Collection” will be taken from the small blind.
- To qualify for all Super Cash Jackpots for Texas Hold-Em, at least 5 players must have been dealt in.
- There will not be a $1 “Jackpot Collection” taken from the small blind when the game becomes 4 handed or less.
- Both hole cards must play for all Super Cash Texas Hold-Em Awards.
- A Kicker that is copied on the board does not disqualify the hand.
- The pot must be a minimum of five lower limit bets, including any blinds or time collection.
- Tournament games do not qualify for the Super Cash.
- Hands qualifying for Super Cash A or B cannot win the Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus or the High Hand of the Shift.
- On-duty and off-duty employees are eligible to win Super Cash.
- Discussion or collusion between players in attempt to win Super Cash is prohibited. Such behavior disqualifies those players and may result in the players being barred. Any irregularity or discrepancy will void eligibility to win Super Cash.
- Super Cash amounts will increase once a day at 6.00 pm. The amount displayed will be the amounts available to win for that day until a new amount is posted at 6.00 pm. Super Cash amounts will be displayed on the Super Cash display board.
- Super Cash will be paid within 48 hours. Capitol Casino management will do their best to pay all Super Cash awards on the same day. All hands involved in payouts are subject to camera review.
- If Super Cash A or B qualifying hands occur, a floor man will verify hands. The dealer will count the remaining stub, sort and spread the deck. The floor man will secure the deck of cards. The Casino management will review the video tape.
- The Capitol Casino card players provide all monies used to fund Super Cash thru a one-dollar collection per hand taken from the small blind.
- Capitol Casino card players receive back 100% of all Jackpot collection. Capitol Casino does not take any administrative fees.
- All Texas Hold-Em tables qualify for all Super Cash Funds.
- The Capitol Casino Card Club reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time. No purchase necessary. Ask management for details.
- By participating in the Super Cash promotion, the individual accepts all house decisions as final.

Super Cash
Super Cash A for Texas Hold-Em will start at $5,000.00 with $300.00 added everyday, 7 days a week. The maximum
amount is $20,000.00. High Hand of the shift will be funded at a rate of $200.00 per shift. The Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus will
be funded at a rate of $100.00 per suit per week. Maximum amount $500.00 each suit. Any player who has their pocket aces beat
will receive $35.00 in chips.
The remainder of the money collected for Super Cash will go into Super Cash B and the back-up fund for Super
cash A & B. Super Cash B will cap at $100,000.00 and restart at $50,000.00 when hit. Super Cash B when hit will be funded at a rate
of $1,000.00 a day until it reaches its maximum of $100,000.00.
Description of Events That Determine the Winner of Super Cash A & B
Players may win pots as in Texas Hold-Em without Super Cash. In addition, they may win Super Cash. A player with
Aces Full of Jacks (or better) beaten by any four of a kind at the showdown may qualify to win Super Cash A. In Texas Hold-Em, Super
Cash is divided among the players in the game who were dealt in.
Super Cash A
- The qualifying losing hand must be Aces Full of Jacks (or better) beaten by any Four of a Kind.
- The qualifying winning hand must be the hand that wins the main pot.
- All qualifying hands must use both hole cards for the poker hand.
Super Cash B
- The qualifying losing hand must be four eights or better.
- The qualifying winning hand must be the hand that wins the main pot.
- All qualifying hands must use both hole cards for the poker hand.
Rules for Super Cash A&B Texas Hold-Em
- All General Super Cash Rules apply to Super Cash A&B.
- At least 5 players must have been dealt in.
- A kicker that is copied on the board does not disqualify the hand.
- Super Cash will be divided as follows: 40% for the qualifying losing hand, 20% for the qualifying winning hand, and the remaining 40% to be divided evenly between the other players at the table who were dealt in.
- If there is more than one losing hand, only the highest ranking of the two hands becomes the qualifying losing hand for Super Cash A or B.
- Both hole cards must play for both hands.
- Both qualifying hands for Super Cash A or B must be the 1st and 2nd ranking hand according to the rules for Texas Hold-Em.

Super Cash Pocket ACES
- Any player having pocket aces beat will receive $35.00 in chips.
- When Super Cash B is hit, the Super Cash Pocket Aces will stop until Super Cash B reaches $100,000.00.
Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus Program Features:
- The Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus will be founded at the rate of $100.00 per week for each of the four suits, i.e., Clubs,
Diamonds, Hearts and Spades. The Royal Flush Bonus can be paid out as many times in a day as it is hit in a particular suit,
the amount will revert back to the starting amount of $200.00. Every Saturday, whatever the amount is of the four suits, each
suit will be increased by $100.00 per suit weekly.
- At least 5 players must have been dealt in to qualify for the Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus Award.
- The winner of the Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus cannot win the High Hand of the shift award at the same time.
- On-duty and off-duty employees are eligible to win Super Cash Royal Flush Bonus Awards.
- Play is by regular rules of Texas Hold-em, the general Super Cash Rules and the description and rules given here.
- House decisions are final.
Super Cash for High Hand of the Shift
General Super Cash Rules apply to Super Cash for High Hand of the Shift. Super Cash for High Hand of the Shift will
be funded at a rate of $200.00 every 8-hour shift ($600.00 per day).
Description of the Events that Determine the Winner
- High Hand of the shift is the highest ranking hand that appears in a 8-hours period of time.
- High Hand Qualifier-ACES FULL.
- After six hours of play if there is no High Hand Qualifier, then the highest hand in the last 2 hours will win the High Hand of the shift.
- The time frame will be from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, 4:30 pm - 12:30 am, and 12.30 am - 8:30 am.
- In the event that there is a tie for High Hand of the shift, the money will be split equally.
- The highest possible hand being a King High Straight Flush.
- At least five players must have been dealt in.
- A kicker that is copied on the Board does not disqualify the hand.
- The High Hand of the shift that meets all the requirements does not have to be called to win but must board there hand and be verified.
- Play is by the regular rules of Texas Hold-Em, the general Super Cash Rules and the description and rules given here.
- Capitol Casino has a High Hand of the shift board located at the sign up area that can be seen from the entire card room. We
have enlarged magnetic cards that are placed on the board that are a duplicate of the High Hands of the shift as they occur. The
dealers can look up at any time and see what the High Hand of the Shift is, and by doing so, know if they have a higher hand at
their table.
Glossary of Super Cash
Board - Cards that are placed face up in the center of the table, commonly referred to as community cards.
Copied - A card on the board that is the same rank as the hole card that is part of the five card poker hand.
Hole Cards - Cards dealt to a player face down.
Kicker - A card that is part of the five card poker hand, but plays no part in defining the hand.
Pot - The chips accumulated in the center of the table made up of players wagers. The object in poker is to win the pot.
Qualifying - Hands that meet the criteria to win Super Cash.
No Purchase Necessary (NPN) Table - The NPN table that Capitol Casino uses to demonstrate to new customers how games are played.
Royal Flush - Ace, King, Queen, Jack, Ten of one suit, i.e., Hearts, Spades.
Valid I.D. - Drivers license or Passport with picture I.D.
