PAI GOW POKER JACKPOT

Player or Player/Dealer beaten by any valid hand consisting of a pair in the front (two-card hand) and Ace High Flush or better in the back (five-card hand), to a hand with a higher pair in the front and a higher Flush or better in the back (with or without the Joker). One of the qualifying hands must be in the Player/Dealer position for the Jackpot to be valid.

JACKPOT PROMOTION RULES:

1. Any player occupying the first Player/Dealer position is eligible to participate in any Jackpot pay-off.
2. A Jackpot fee of $1.00 will be collected from all Pai Gow Poker games designated as a Jackpot game. The fee will be collected from the player who has placed a wager in the first Player/Dealer position.
3. Qualified Player s will receive one share for every position he/she has placed a wager regardless of the amount wagered.
4. Jackpot amount increase daily. Jackpot money collected will be posted daily at 6 pm.
5. Jackpot prize money starts at $1,000.
6. Capitol Casino will seed the Jackpot for the first $1,000.
7. Jackpot rules require all Jackpot games to have a minimum of three participants with playing hands who have made a wager in order to be recognized as an official Jackpot game.
8. Jackpot prize money will be divided as follows:
   
   40% to Losing Hand,
   40% to Qualified Players,
   20% to Winning Hand.
