Rules & Restrictions:

  • Poker players must have a Capitol Casino Rewards Card
  • Poker players can qualify for the “Spring Madness” promotion by participating in any “live cash poker game” or one of our “daily poker tournaments”.
  • Poker players with qualifying poker hands of a “full-house” or better (both cards must play and the hands must be live when all action is completed) will be awarded a raffle ticket(s).
  • Preliminary cash drawings of $50 every 15 minutes, start at approximately 10AM and end at approximately 4PM on the day of the event. Only seated poker players (with a Capitol Casino Rewards Card) can qualify for these preliminary cash drawings.
  • All grand prize winners must have a valid ID and Social Security Card to collect their prize.
  • Management reserves the right to change or alter any or all the rules, restrictions or structure of all Capitol Casino promotions without notice.
